Structured, safe, high performance training for athletes and individuals of all levels and experience.
Program Structure
Our program is designed to help individuals of all abilities and experience improve their physical capabilities. Whether they are looking to improve performance in their sport or wanting to learn how to exercise properly, there is a spot for them at SportsForce.
Program Streams:
1) Hockey High Performance
Our hockey high performance program allows athletes to improve their strength, speed, power, conditioning, and helps to reduce the risk of injury on the ice. Skate faster, shoot harder, win more puck battles, earn more ice time, and reach your potential on the ice!
2) Gymnastic Strength and Conditioning
Gymnastics S&C is a new stream meant to support gymnasts by improving their strength, power, posture, balance, and to help reduce the risk of injury within their sport.
3) Foundations of Strength & Conditioning
This program is designed for individuals with either no or limited previous training experience. Ideal for people with an interest in resistance training who would like the guidance of a coach to learn. Also ideal for young athletes who want to train to improve performance in their sport, but have limited experience with strength training.
4) Olympic Weightlifting
The Olympic Weightlifting stream is for individuals who would like to join or continue to participate in our competitive Olympic weightlifting team. Beginners are more than welcome!
SportsForce summer camp allows young individuals to learn a valuable life skill in a safe environment, with the guidance of expert coaching.
Schedule & Costs
SportsForce Summer Camp
Scheduled Monday to Thursday from August 5th - August 29th
*No session Monday August 4th in lieu of the holiday*
There are 3 sessions available:
9:00am - 10:30am
10:30am - 12:00pm
12:00pm - 1:30pm (full)
Costs:
$375 - Full Camp (15 sessions)
$200 - Half Camp Pass (8 sessions - 2x per week or every other week)
$100 - Try a week!
Please note, a YMCA Membership is required for registration of all programs, estimated costs are as follows:
Age 0-12 $11 bi-weekly
Age 13-17 $17 bi-weekly
