2026 Winter Semester Home School Fitness Program

Looking for a great way to add physical activity to your homeschool routine?

At our Home School Fitness program, your child will learn how to safely and effectively exercise, as well as participate in group fitness activities and games!

They will develop coordination, strength, and confidence, all while making new friends and burning off energy.

No experience needed, just a willingness to move and have fun!

Our focus is on providing a safe, inclusive and fun environment that allows individuals of all skills and abilities to thrive.

We believe that the ability to safely and effectively exercise is an invaluable life skill that everyone should have!

Meet the coach

Logan Baker graduated in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Strength and Sport Conditioning from the Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland.

He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation from the NSCA. He is also a national level Olympic Weightlifting coach.

He has over 10 years of coaching experience working primarily with youth athletes and individuals.

Logan is passionate about helping improve youth well-being through exercise and education.

Program Details

Schedule:

This intake will run from January 5th through April 3rd.

Please note there are no session during March Break (March 16th-20th).

Times:

***1st session of the week is Monday Jan 5th, 12th, 19th then switches to Tuesdays starting January 27th.

Tuesday 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Thursday 1:30pm - 2:30pm

Availability:

There are six spots available in each session.

Ages:

Individuals aged 8-17 are welcome!

Cost:

The cost is $480 for two sessions per week, $240 for once a week.
