2026 Winter After School Program

Structured, safe, high performance training for athletes and individuals of all levels and experience.

Program Structure

Our programs are designed to help individuals of all abilities and experience improve their physical capabilities. Whether they are looking to improve performance in their sport, learn Olympic Weightlifting or learn how to exercise properly, there is a spot for them at our after school program. 

Program Streams:

Olympic Weightlifting

The Olympic Weightlifting stream is for individuals who would like to join or continue to participate in our competitive Olympic weightlifting team. Participants may also join this stream without competing in the sport! Beginners are more than welcome!

Youth Strength & Conditioning

(9-12 years)

This program is designed for individuals between the ages of 9-12 to begin to learn how to safely and effectively exercise and train for their respective sports. There are a series of progressions built into this program to ensure they are building foundational skills, and steadily improving their performance. This program is also great for individuals who would just like to do fun and effective workouts, even if it is not for sport! Beginners are more than welcome.

Teen Strength & Conditioning

(13-17 years)

This program is designed for individuals between the ages of 13-17 to begin or continue to learn how to safely and effectively exercise and train for their respective sports. The program is designed to help participants build strong exercise habits, build strength, speed, power, mobility, and conditioning. This program is also great for individuals who would just like to do fun and effective workouts, even if it is not for sport! Beginners are more than welcome.

Gymnastic Strength and Conditioning

Gymnastics S&C is a new stream meant to support gymnasts by improving their strength, power, posture, balance, and to help reduce the risk of injury within their sport.

Our after school program allows young individuals to learn a valuable life skill in a safe environment, with the guidance of expert coaching.

Schedule & Costs

Program Schedule:

The program runs Monday to Friday at 3:30pm - 4:45pm from January 5th to April 3rd.

Please note this program does not run on March Break (March 16th-20th).

Costs:

The cost for each session is $20. Individuals must sign-up for the length of the intake.

You may sign up for either once, twice, or three sessions per week.

The total costs for this intake are as follows:

Once per week - $240

Twice per week -$480

Three times per week - $640

Please note, a YMCA Membership is required for registration of all programs, estimated costs are as follows:

Age 0-12 $11 bi-weekly

Age 13-17 $17 bi-weekly
